JWF1016 single-beater reciprocating bale plucker is designed for plucking various grades of raw cotton and cotton-type man-made fibres, especially long-staple cotton and medium-length chemical fibres. The plucked tufts are transported by airflow to the next blower for further processing.

MAIN FEATURES

• The width of plucking arm is 2300mm and its maximum production is 1000kg/h.

• It is suitable to plucking long-staple cotton.

• The beater driving motion is set outside of the plucking arm. The beater speed is adjusted by frequency inverter.

• The cover belt specially designed and developed has obtained national patent (Patent No: ZL02278651.1). It has advantages of good rigidity in horizontal and little bending radius in vertical;

• The cover-belt winding device controlled by ac torque motor has obtained national patent (Patent No: ZL00230764.2). The device makes the cover belt be in constant tension control condition;

• The electrical system is controlled by PLC. Plucker traveling and beater lifting adopt with accurate and reliable digital coding control;

• Working parameters and malfunction can dynamically displayed on screen which is connected with centralized control cabinet.

Single-beater of diameter 300mm plucks tuft in unidirectional to ensure fiber undamaged and less neps.
