The FA002 Series Automatic Plucker is suitable for grabbing various grades of raw cotton, cotton type chemical fiber, and other fibers with length 76mm or less. It is the first machine of blowing-carding line. The machine consists of rack, beater, inner and outer wall panel, elastic tube, and ground rail (The FA0002B model has no ground rail and its outer wall panel type can be selected according to the requirement of clients). When grabbing large varieties of cotton, the use of two machines in parallel can increase the number of mixed cotton bales, thus improve the quality of output.

The Beater

The roller typed welding blade beater is equipped 3 groups of blade rings of different blade number (9 blades in inner group, 12 blades in middle, and 15 in outer group). Which can achieve a effect of uniform grabbing.
