The JWF1128 series opener is used for processing raw cotton with relative high impurity. It is designed for fine opening the cotton fibers primarily opened and blended, as well as effectively removing impurities in flock. The fiber processed by the machine will be sucked into following process by transport fan and condenser.

This machine is combined with Multi-Mixer of same working width. It is used in high-production blowing-carding line.
