This machine is applicable for further opening and cleaning of various kinds of raw cotton, cotton type chemical fiber and long/medium fiber less than 76mm for next process. 

Technical Features:

The dedusting mechanism adopts carding segment, mote knife, tongue plate structure to ensure convenient adjustment and high dedusting efficiency.

One side of meshed plate in chute as an entity is adjustable which can change capacity of lower chute to suit different material feed.

Feed roller adopts mechanical position limit and electrical protection limit for double protection to enhance machine operation reliability.  

Advanced pre-filling full function ensure the stability of the system when start up.
