This machine is suitable to collect various grades of cotton and cotton-type chemical fiber. 

The plucked fibers are transported by airflow to the next process.

Technical Features:

lDouble-zone and double-beater unidirectional plucking mechanism;

lSpecially designed cover-belt and the winding device controlled by ac torque motor, make the cover-belt be in constant tension control condition;

lEvery two pieces of beater blade work as a group which can be replaced individually. The life cycle is 3-5 times of ordinary blades;

lPlucking in group and positioning in precision, the machine can supply for multiple spinning varieties;

lThe machine is controlled by PLC. The traveling of plucker and lifting of beater is controlled by precise and reliable digital coding;

lWorking parameters and malfunction can dynamically displayed on screen which is connected with centralized control cabinet.
