The JWF1024 series multi-mixer is used for processing various grades of raw cotton and cotton-type man-made fiber that are primarily opened. The materials are fed by inlet fan and  distributed into each bin one by one for removing partial dust particles, and then after delivered by feed roller and opened by beater, the processed materials will be blended by delivery lattice and sent into the following machine.

Technical Features:

lThe materials fed into each bin in order and then laid on blending lattice after been opened, to realize fully and evenly blending.

lThe feeding to following machine is simultaneously controlled photocell and air-pressure.

lThe control panel adopts touch screen and PLC so that can settings can be easily and visually.

lThe inverter input fan is equipped to adjust the air volume conveniently;

lLarge opening beater for avoiding fiber winding.
