Type TF45B Heavy part separator is composed of fan assembly, heavy part separation assembly, airflow balancing assembly. It has these functions such as raw materials conveying, heavy particles removing, airflow balancing etc. It is suitable for chemical fiber, OE-spinning and regenerated cotton in new type blowing-carding process, especially in traditional disc plucker of blowing-carding process.

★The heavy part separation assembly uses the aerodynamics to separate heavy parts and impurities from raw materials, and has good separation effect of heavy parts and large impurities without fiber damage;
