The JWF1124C series opener is used for processing various grades of raw cotton. It is designed for fine opening the cotton fibers primarily opened and blended, as well as effectively removing impurities in flock. The fiber processed by the machine will be sucked into following process by transport fan and condenser.

This machine is combined with Multi-Mixer of same working width. It is used in high-production blowing-carding line.

Technical Features:

lThe top and bottom feed rollers adopt grip feeding mechanism; The feed part is driven by synchronous belt. The clearance between bottom feed roller and beater is adjustable (default number is set at 1.3mm);

lDedusting system includes three mote-knives, two carding segments, two adjusting plates and three suction hoods. The system is effective on opening and removing impurities, and can eliminate dusts in time through continuous suction;

lThe position of the first mote-knife can be easily adjusted;

lThe waste suction device has obtained patent;

lThe beater device has obtained two national patents.
