JWF0007-70 Weight Separator is set between the bale plucker and one roller cleaner, for removing trash heavier than fiber with the help of centrifugal force meanwhile reducing fiber loss.This machine does not have motion parts whose dust removal function relies on two groups of grid bar(each group contains 10 bars ) and U-shape pipe.Two groups of grid bars, heavier trash drop through gridbars to dust suction duct. Fiber length less than 76mm can be used in this machine.

Transporting fan is erected in JWF0007 directly which saves bracket and area occupation.
