JWG1728A series rapier loom is designed elaborately and it adopts the separate main driving technique, weft insertion motion with spatial connection rod and minimal idle stroke design, which optimize the acceleration for weft inserting, lower the vibration for weft tension,it is suitable for the weft inserting with high speed and increase the production efficiency. The free shuttle race is used on JWG1728A rapier loom instead of guiding hooks. Which avoids the effluence of guiding hook on the warps and increases the quality of fabric having special requirements on warps. The weft inserting motions with single or double floating guiding hooks are also available, which can separate the rapier from warps and are suitable for the high speed weaving of most fabric

The electronic let-off and take-up system driven by separate servo motors and been synchronous by the encoder. The sensitive tension sensor controls the warps tension and ensures the weaving motion with constant tension. There are the programs for preventing start-up marks function, which can reduce the start-marks effectively and improve the fabric quality.

Main drives of the machine adopts super oil cooling motor instead of asynchronous motor. Belt and electro-magnetic brake clutch are adopted too.Chains are reduced and energy saving by 15%.
