JWK3604C/JWK3604CS draw texturing machines are the improved type based on RPR technology, which are suitable for the draw texturing process of medium and fine denier of POY polyamide filaments. With process parameter by touch panel and system control by inverters and PEC, the machine facilitates to adjust all parameters, such as the spinning speed, D/Y ratio, heaters’ temperature winding and so on. The main characteristics of the machine is that AC motor and driving shaft are connected directly with controlling individually on each side by computer. RPR winding package system ; string-up with simple structure; three-layer oiling system; spindle with ceramic Φ45mm；forced -air cooling device.
