JWK3616A draw texturing and covering machine follows the design concept by RPR company, combines the excellent manufacture technology of Jingwei, The machine is equipped with the auxiliary second roller and spandex unwinding device, which is suitable to make medium and fine denier polyamide DTY form POY, polyamide-spandex covering yarn and polyester-spandex covering yarn. The machine uses a PEC to control speed of rollers、D/Y ratio, the temperature of heater box、winding parameters and so on.

Equipped with W2 and W2X between which there is intermingling, jet (nozzle, pipe),which makes knots uniform and stable.
