The 2 lines are reference for the manual feeding processes. The follow-up process refers to the configuration of cotton and chemical fiber process according to user needs They are applicable to processing chemical fiber, wool, cotton etc. in small quantity for ring spinning and OE spinning.
Line 1: Applicable for blending process. Several kinds of materials can be mixed in a certain ratio. The maximum production is 450kg/h.
Line 2: Applicable to single material or mixed material. The maximum production is 600kg/h.
BG001 and FB003 are optional equipment and can be used as auxiliary machines for JWF1009 bale plucker. -
Suited to process pure cotton, color cotton and chemical fiber in length ≤65mm. This machine is used to finely mix 2-6 different materials in blowing-carding line. Function of the machine is to precisely weight and feed material according to proportion, then to make even mixing to equal each composition of material in every unit weight so as to eliminate yarn chromatic difference, tenacity irregularity due to material uneven mixing.
