On the occasion of China International Textile Machinery Exhibition ITMA, Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd.and China Textile Machinery and Technology Import and Export Co., Ltd. successfully held a special promotion meeting for overseas customers in Jingwei‘s complete spinning equipment model factory, Shengshan Textile Technology Co., Ltd. in Ya'an, Sichuan on November 18. More than 30 customers from Vietnam, Bangladesh, Brazil, Turkey, Pakistan and Mexico as well participated in this promotion event.

Ya'an Shengshan Textile Technology Co., Ltd. is the third-generation full process smart textile factory fit out by Jingwei under the guidance of national policies such as "China Intelligent Manufacturing 2035" and "Industry 4.0". The factory has a total planning of 500000 spindles, of which the first phase of 260000 spindles has been successfully put into production in the first half of 2022. Based on the most advanced digital intelligent spinning management system in China, the "Jingwei E system version 3.0", the factory adopts a complete set of intelligent equipment from Jingwei, utilizes a series of intelligent equipment and technologies, including "Roving-Ring -Winder Link system, automatic stacking and packaging system, AGV conveying system, lighting automatic control system, single spindle detection of broken yarn stop feeding, etc.", realizes the comprehensive intelligent solution of 'equipment+management+data', promotes the improvement of intelligent equipment, intelligent logistics, intelligent management and other capabilities, achieves 100% traceability of product quality, improves production efficiency by 22%, employs less than 15 people per 10000 spindles, shortens R&D cycle by 40%, and reduces energy consumption by 14%.

Under the meticulous arrangement of Shengshan , the overseas customers visited the first phase of two spinning workshops with 130000 spindles each. The heads of workshops introduced in detail the production process and management situation of the factory, emphasized the equipment performance of Jingwei including energy consumption and labor situation. After the visit, the customers highly praised the advanced performance and prominent production efficiency of Jingwei products, and expressed their interest in the efficient management of Shengshan.

After the meeting, the customers immediately headed for Shanghai to participate in the China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA Asia Exhibition. At the exhibition, Jingwei will showcase the latest spinning equipment to domestic and foreign customers, and seek chance to collaborate with more friends from around the world.
