The 12th Pakistan Textile Machinery Exhibition ‘IGATEX Pakistan2019’ was grandly opened at the Karachi Expo Center from February 26th to 28th.

       More than 500 companies from more than 30 countries, including China, Italy, Germany, Japan, Switzerland and India, participated in this exhibition. Among them, the Chinese delegation consisting of 116 companies is the most eye-catching focus, attracting more than 20,000 visitors from local and neighboring countries.       

      This year, CTMC together with its subsidiaries Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., LTD. and Zhengzhou Textile MachineryEngineering &Technology Co., LTD. participated in the exhibition. The displayed models of JWF1212 high-production carding machine, JWF1313 drawing frame and high-precision weighting-mixing unit have won the praise of overseas customers with a new appearance of the image, intelligent design and excellent performance in all aspects of the products and achievements of CTMC.

JWF1212 high-production carding machine

       The JWF1212 is a new generation of high-production wide carding machine. This machine is a three taker-in type with increasing speed and wire density, which is conducive to the full opening and transfer of fibers.

       The combing area is increased effectively and the process configuration is modularized to achieve the efficient integration of flexibility and adaptability. The combination of servo control and variable frequency control achieves a perfect unification of stable high speed and high output, better quality and less consumption.

       The innovative design of the integrated suction system and the original central suction structure improve the dust removal capacity of the machine, while greatly reducing theoperator's cleaning and maintenance intensity.

       JWF1313 has the advantages of innovative transmission form and electronic drafting, large can output, intelligent broken bar, roller monitoring, independent suction, etc. The process structure is stable and reliable, and the cost performance is superior.

The high-precision weighting-mixing unit

      The high-precision weighting-mixing unit has an original segmentation mixing and zone control technology, which can achieve precise matching and perfect fusion for multi-component and differential fibers. The design of the whole process is modularized, which can be customized according to customer needs to achieve the best combination of processes.Simple operation, intuitive display and flexible adjustment can reduce greatly the labor intensity of workers, make the work more efficient, improvethe quality of the blended yarn, and bring more product benefits to the customer.

       In this exhibition, CTMC took a strong appearance with its new machines, which aroused theintense interest and extensive attention of local customers, and the booth is visited in an endless stream every day. During the exhibition, we negotiated cooperation with many customers, and after that we visited a number of customer factories. The exhibited machines have also been sold to well-known local enterprises, and we have signed intention agreements with many customers.

       Pakistan is one of our traditional market, and with the "One Belt And One Road" policy and the construction of China–Pakistan Economic Corridor, the textile industry cooperation between China and Pakistan enjoys a broad prospect.On this basis, this exhibition has laid a solid foundation for the development and continuous growth of CTMC in Pakistan market.
