On August 12-19, 2023, a 7-person inspection team led by Mr. Ding Suo for the progress of the "Meikhtila 80 double stranded yarn spinning and dyeing project" visited China, including Beijing, Yuci, Qingdao, Wuxi, Shanghai, and other places. They also conducted production progress inspections on the 31000-spindle spinning, twisting, and dyeing project signed this year.

 The delegation successively inspected cooperative enterprises such as Jingwei Intelligent Textile Machinery Co., Ltd., Qingdao Hongda Textile Machinery Co., Ltd., and Wuxi Jingwei Textile Technology Test Co., Ltd.

Among them, Yuan Hengmin, General Manager of Wuxi Jingwei Textile Technology Testing Co., Ltd., and Yang Kangkang, Deputy General Manager, discussed in detail with the customer the process requirements for spinning 80 count yarn using Myanmar cotton, as well as the training and driving service plan. Given the nature of the engineering contract for this project, in addition to conventional equipment supply, the preliminary project design, subsequent process support, personnel training, and other work are equally important. Each enterprise fully seized the opportunity for face to face communication and reported in detail on the progress of their respective work. The on-site meeting results exceeded expectations, laying a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of the project in the future.

On the evening of August 18th, the delegation's inspection work was successfully concluded. On behalf of Myanmar, Head Ding Suo signed the production progress inspection certificate and highly praised the meticulous reception and rigorous work style of Jingwei people. The delegation expressed great trust in Jingwei’s subsidiaries and believed that the project will be a complete success. Through this cooperation, the trust and friendship between the two sides will be deeper and stronger.

The selection of equipment for this new project at Meikhtila Mill  has undergone significant technological advancements compared to previous projects, such as upgrading the roll carding machine to Blowing carding system, adding a auto-leveler configuration to the final drawing machine, 1824-spindle overlength for the spinning machine, collective doffing, and ring spinning-winder link system. After the project is put into operation, the new workshop of Meikhtila Mill will have a great demonstration effect, and it will have important technical promotion significance not only in Myanmar, but also in the Southeast Asian region.
