The collaboration between Jingwei and CTMTC to jointly build a model project for a smart textile factory in Vietnam is a vivid reflection of this development trend.

The Vietnam Smart Textile Factory plans to purchase complete sets of Jingwei cotton spinning equipment and digital solutions, including products such as carding machines, roving machines, spinning machines, and intelligent management systems, committed to achieving digital and intelligent management of the spinning production process. The project has recently successfully delivered the high-yield and high-quality JWF1211A carding machine, the JWF1458A roving machine with advanced coarse and fine linkage system, and the JWF1580 ring spinning frame with 1860 spindles. Jingwei E system significantly improves production efficiency through real-time monitoring of workshop equipment and big data analysis, and the quality of high count pure cotton yarn will be fully guaranteed. In additon, this project focuses on environmental protection and evergy conservation, making positive contributions to local sustainable development through green and energy-saving production methods.
